CREATING YOUR ARTWORK IS AS EASY AS 1...2...3......4!

1 Download Design Template
Download this design template and open it to view dimensions and create properly sized artwork or place the template file into your graphics software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop) to build graphics in correct size and position.

2 Use sRGB Colour Profile
To ensure that your design looks as close as possible to what appears on your screen, make sure you create your print file in the sRGB colour profile.

3 Remove Template Guidelines from Final Printing File
If you use our downloadable templates, delete the guide layers before saving your final file you'll be sending for printing. If you don't delete them, they'll show up on the print - whatever we're given, we print.

4 Supply Vector or >150dpi Bitmap Files
Submit files in vector (.AI, .EPS), or bitmap (.PNG or .JPEG) format with at least 150 DPI resolution at the actual print size. Send files to the email address on your order confirmation email.

Tips for Best Results

• Transparent background
For designs with a transparent background, we recommend supplying files in vector or .PNG format. For designs with printed background, we advise preparing files as vector (.AI, .EPS) or for bitmap format use .JPEG instead.

• Avoid semi-transparent design elements
Semi-transparent graphics (or elements with lowered opacity) don't translate well in sublimation printing. We advise using solid colors or simulating semi-transparency by halftoning.

• Create designs with the necessary DPI from the start
Simply typing in a new resolution value into the file won't result in a higher resolution print. If your graphic's resolution is too low, the best solution is to recreate it.

• Use darker colours if possible
We recommend using darker colors, as lighter colors may be less visible when printed.

• Avoid very thin details
For best results, avoid using thin fonts and elements thinner or smaller than 2px wide (0.02"). We recommend making text at least 5px in size.

• For vector files, convert fonts to outlines
If you create your artwork using vector design software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator) make sure you convert all fonts to outlines before saving your final print file, to ensure there are no font substitution errors.

Disclaimers

If images are uploaded with a non-transparent background, this background will appear when printed and will be considered a design error - not a production error.
