It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the content and accuracy of all supplied "ready-to-run" artwork files. Additional charges will be applied for any client changes made once production has begun. Signs Plus Inc. assumes no liability for any errors, ommissions, or content problems, and we are not liable for any damages resulting from

the use of these graphic products.

TITLE: Goods remain the property of Signs Plus until paid for in full. Signs Plus hereby retains (and buyer grants to Signs Plus) a security interest in the goods to secure payment and buyer agrees to execute any additional documents and charges to protect the same.

PERMITS: Unless specifically stated in writing by Signs Plus, it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain all necessary approvals or permits from property owners, exhibit halls and/or municipal authorities for graphics or signs which may require such permits
