Warranties & Returns
| Warranties: We stand behind our products and warranty them to be free from defects and workmanship issues as follows: • banner stands: hardware 90 days to 3 years parts replacement and labour depending on model; graphics 1 year For products determined to be defective, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. If shipping is required, the customer is responsible for the costs of shipping the product to us and return shipping back to them. New Product Returns: We sell and produce quality products, but in rare cases there may be a need to return a new product. Products may be returned to us only after the customer requests and is issued a Return Merchandise Authorization. You may request this by emailing us with details of your purchase. You must include the following: order number (online store #/ invoice #), purchase date, reason for return, and condition (only brand new unopened, or open box new condition with full original packaging). Used products can only be returned under "Warranties" guidelines above. • products must be returned to us within 30 days of original order being received with an RMA number |
