Custom Printed Fabric Table Runner for trade shows and table top displays

Material: 12oz. 100% polyester knit (wrinkle-resistant, flame retardant - passes NFPA 701 Small Scale & California Reg#F-50001) fabric, digitally dyed with extended life dyes, with professionally sewn hems all around.

Styles:
-head table or guest table style

Shape:
-straight cut (square at ends of runner) or pennant cut (point shape at ends of runner)

Graphics / Content:
- the entire table runner is permanently dyed with any content you want

We assume standard folding exhibit/banquet tables are 30" deep and 29" high, and usually 6' or 8' wide so standard table runners are the following sizes:
- 60" high models are designed to go 25" over the front of the table, across the 30" deep table top, and down the back about 5"
- 80" high models are designed to go 25" over the front of the table, across the 30" deep table top, and down the back about 25" so it can also be viewed from the back of the table

Our digitally dyed fabric table runners are a lightweight, easy to use, and professional-looking way to enhance standard draped tables used in a variety of trade show and corporate events. For association meetings, press conferences, tabletop shows, seminars, catered receptions and other corporate meetings, our table runners can add life to the environment, reinforce themes, and provide visual support to your meeting objectives.

Since they are permanently dyed 100% polyester fabric, they are very durable and can be used for years to come, and with our digital dyeing process, even one runner can be dyed surprisingly affordably. Your company logo and graphics are permanently dyed into beautiful wrinkle-resistant, flame-retardant polyester fabric in your choice of fabric, colour, graphic style, and table runner shape. The runner(s) can then be draped over the tables to enhance the decor of the event.

Other companies' inferior screen printed table runners really can't compare to the image quality, durability, and appearance of our digitally (dyed) custom printed table runners. With competitor's cheap runners:
• you're limited to a certain print area (say, 11" x 17")
• more colours means more cost (you pay extra for each colour used, and full colour is virtually impossible)
• the areas of the table runner that are printed with screen print inks are hard and become crusty. Over time, they can tend to flake off and look very poor
• the image quality is quite rough, and the printed logo on the table runner is not nearly as crisp or high resolution as ours

However, we use an innovative digital dyeing process instead of old-school production methods, and as a result the number of printed colours does not affect the price - 1 colour content is the same price as 4 colour photographic images! We don't charge extra for each colour used, or content complexity.

We start with white fabric and digitally dye the fabric for the full trade show table runner before it's sewn. As a result, your logo and content can completely fill the entire table runner if you wish. There's no limit to what areas can be dyed or what colours can be used. The entire runner - from from top to bottom, left to right, is your canvas! This opens up a whole new world of creative possibilities!



As with all our digitally dyed fabric table graphics, the custom printed table runner is washable and, ironable. It is inherently flame retardant for the life of the fabric - not just coated like cheap imitations. The colours are permanently dyed into the fabric - not printed on like some inferior products - so it's very durable and will keep looking good for many years of use.

Many different table runner sizes and shapes are available to suit virtually any environment. The most popular size is 30" wide by either 60" high (for viewing from the front of the table) or 80" high (for viewing from the front or rear of the table).

Two custom printed table runner styles are available: head table or guest table style.
• "Head Table" style is designed to drape over the top and down the front edge of a conference, exhibit or banguet head table. Viewed from the front, they add corporate identity to the table and provide a professional accent.
• "Guest Table" style table overlays lay across the top of guest tables to professionally add some corporate recognition to a banquet, cocktail party or corporate reception. They are viewed from the top of the table and can be used either in place of or along with a standard floral or decorative centrepiece.

Finally, choose from "straight cut" (straight horizontal bottom edge) or "pennant cut" (pointy bottom edge) styles. Whatever model you choose, our amazing image quality will make your display much more attention-getting.

Just supply us with a professionally designed computer file built into the Adobe Illustrator design template for that model that we'll send you (or we can design if required at extra cost) - and that's it!

Normal completion is 5 business days from the time we receive an order and artwork that is complete and ready to run.
