For plain sections of fabric products like table covers, or throw cushion, we use the same fabric as the custom dyed areas, but in a limited range of pre-dyed stock colours.

Like the custom dyed fabric, the plain fabrics are washable, ironable 12oz. 100% polyester knit (wrinkle-resistant, flame retardent - passes NFPA 701 Small Scale & California Reg#F-50001) fabric, and available in the range of stock colours shown here.

Note that computer monitors do display colours differently and so the actual colours may not exactly match what you see on screen. If you need to be sure of the colours, ask us for a sample of the stock colour fabrics before the order is produced.

Since the custom dyeing process is more costly than standard pre-dyed fabrics, we are able to offer lower prices for products which use a combination of plain stock colour and custom dyed fabric, than for completely digitally dyed products.

However, please note that when a combination of custom dyed colours and pre-dyed fabrics are used for different sections of a fabric graphic, the colours will not exactly match. They will be close, but they won't exactly match (even blacks - see photo).

For example, if we use atomic blue standard pre-dyed fabric for the top and sides of a table cover, and the design requires a company logo in white on a blue background for the front panel of the cover, the blue of the front panel may not be an exact match for the blue of the sides and top panels.

If exact colour matching over the entire cover is required, or if a certain background colour over the entire table cover or skirt is required to match a corporate logo; we would recommend a full digitally dyed cover.
