Computer-Cut Vinyl Banners
The process for producing computer-cut vinyl banners involves applying adhesive-backed vinyl film letters, shapes and logos onto vinyl receptive banner material (for more information on how this is done, see How We Do It - Computer Cut Vinyl).
The most popular banner material we use is a 13oz. vinyl based material that has a polyester scrim through it. This material is the best performing banner material for the money that we've ever used (and we've been doing this since 1994). It's extremely durable, can be used indoors or outdoors, has a semi gloss finish, hangs well and tends not to hold creases as easily as other comparable materials. This banner material is available in about 20 colours, with white and yellow being stock colours and others are special order. We stock standard roll widths of 22", 34" and 46" (widths up to 70" can be special ordered in one piece, and even larger widths can be heat welded together), and can be made to virtually any length.
For double-sided, heavy duty computer-cut vinyl banners we use an 18oz material that has an opaque blockout layer sandwiched in between two outer layers to ensure that the back side doesn't reduce the visibility of the front side.
