This banner was produced using computer-cut vinyl film in white applied to blue 13oz. vinyl scrim banner material. This process is well suited to this purpose because each year the vinyl letters showing the dates can be easily removed and replaced with new dates, so the banner can be used year after year. The banner is finished with sewn hems and grommets all around.
