I agree to pay the non-refundable Booking Deposit of $250 per rental week as soon as I'm notified to confirm this reservation of the dates (you will be emailed the Paypal payment instructions soon), and the balance in full no later than eight weeks prior to arrival.
I agree to pay a $250 Refundable Damage Deposit no later than eight weeks prior to arrival (this Damage Deposit will be refunded back to you within 3 weeks of your departure and after the management company has inspected the property. Please see the Terms & Conditions for more details).
Once you've completed the booking information and clicked the buttons above to indicate your acceptance of those terms, click the "Submit" button below to send your Reservation/Booking Form.
After clicking the "SUBMIT" button, you should see a message that says
"Thank you. Your Reservation Booking Form has been sent".
If you don't see this, then there was a problem with transmission of the booking form (some ISP's have different settings which sometimes conflict). You will then need to print this form, complete it and fax to (01) 905-639-6696.
