GENERAL QUESTIONS
Q. If I supply you with a logo in the format you want, do I still have to pay for design time?
A. Yes. A logo is only a part of the overall graphic and if we have to size the logo, properly position it in the overall graphic, and proof it back to you, you will be charged for that design time. Our "ready to run" prices assume that we are supplied with professionally created artwork that meets our requirements and is ready for us to produce the graphic without additional modifications.
Q. If I supply you with a a faxed sketch or a Microsoft Word file showing the design I want, do I still have to pay for design time?
A.
Yes. A professional graphic designer is still required to lay out the computer file as you show and proof it back to you, and the time that takes is billable design time. Generally, Microsoft Word and other standard office word processing and spreadsheet software applications do not produce acceptable quality large format graphics.
Q. How long does it take to produce the graphics?
A.
That depends on the size of the graphic, the quantity, and any special finishing or other specifics. Generally, our turnaround ranges from a couple of business days to about two weeks after the finalized order (where we have either customer-supplied or approved design file, and payment completed). We'll let you know approximately when you can expect completion when you place the order, but if there's a deadline you need the graphics by (no matter how tight), please be sure to let us know.

We take deadlines very seriously and will do everything we can to meet them - but if we aren't informed of your deadline, we obviously can't prioritize it . More delivery time details are available here.

FABRIC TABLE COVERS QUESTIONS
Q. How do I place an order for table covers?
A. First, determine what model(s) are most suitable for your needs from this web site. Then, go to our Online Store to see pricing for that particular model. When you're ready to order, either complete the order directly through our Online Store, or phone our sales department at 1-888-530-5400 to make payment arrangements and get the order going.
Q. How durable are your table covers?
A. Since we digitally dye all the colour into our covers using extended life dyes, the content is pretty much permanent. We dye deep in the fibres of the fabric, instead of simply printing ink on top like some inferior methods. As a result, the runners is machine washable, ironable, fade-resistant and can be treated as you would other 100% polyester fabric. Plus, the fabric retains it's soft feel and doesn't stiffen in areas where there's heavy dye coverage. They can be rolled and unrolled - even folded! - and the content will not crack or flake off like many competitors products.
Q. Does the number of colours in my table cover affect the price?
A. For custom table covers, the number of colours does not affect the price. Since our dyeing process is digitally-based rather than using traditional methods, the price is the same whether it's a simple black on white or full colour photographic image, or spot pms logo colours - it doesn't affect the price!
Q. What area can be imprinted?
A. With our digital dyeing process, the entire table cover can be custom dyed, so you can have your graphics flow through and around the entire cover. Or, you can choose to have only certain panels of the cover custom dyed (e.g. front only, front and sides, etc.). For areas that are custom dyed we start off with white fabric and dye everything into the panel (foreground and background), so you're not limited to a small block in the middle of the cover like some inferior products. If you've chosen a model that also uses stock colour plain fabric for parts of the cover, we then sew the custom dyed panel to the stock colour fabric to make one integrated table cover.
Q. How long does it take to complete an order for table covers?
A. Most table cover orders are completed within one week (5 business days) of the finalized order (where we have either customer-supplied or approved design file built into our design template, and payment completed). Tighter turnaround is possible at times, and occasionally completion may be slightly longer at about two weeks (or for larger quantities).
Q. Why does the design need to be built into your design template - can't I just supply a logo?
A. If you are supplying ready to run artwork for a custom fabric table cover, it must be built directly into our Adobe Illustrator design template for that particular model of cover. We offer many different table cover models, and each one has slight differences. Our design templates are set up so we can most efficiently produce the table covers and keep the pricing affordable.

If you don't have a graphic designer who can work with our Adobe Illustrator design template files, we can do the design work for you. There is a slight extra charge for this design work, but for most table covers, this only adds about $40 onto the price.
Q. I have Adobe and Microsoft Word. Why can't I open the design template?
A. The design template is in Adobe Illustrator version 9 format. Adobe Illustrator is professional graphic design software and is NOT the same as Adobe Acrobat (that you use to view user manuals, etc.). If you don't have Adobe Illustrator version 9 or later, you can't use the template and you'll need to have a professional graphic designer or us do the table cover design work.
Q. Are there any setup charges or other hidden costs apart from the pricing I see on the Online Store?
A. No. As long as you supply ready to run artwork built into our design template there's nothing extra. If you choose to have us do the design work for you, there is design time cost for that work (as described above). Of course, taxes and shipping are not included.
Q. What's so special about the fabric you use for table covers?
A. Our premium polyester knit fabric has many features that make it ideal for table covers. It's 12oz. per linear yard weight is an ideal balance of opacity and weight. It's 100% polyester, so it's easy care (washable to 160 degrees F, ironable). It's wrinkle-resistant so it doesn't wrinkle easily when rolled or folded - and when it does, the wrinkles fall out of it quickly. And most importantly, it's inherently flame retardent for the life of the fabric. The flame retardency, which is becoming essential for trade show environments, is right in the fabric (not a coating which will wear or wash off). It passes NFPA701 small scale and California Reg # F-50001.

FABRIC TABLE RUNNERS QUESTIONS
Q. How do I place an order for table runners?
A. In a nutshell, for standard (wedding and celebrations) styles of runners, email us with the quantities and sizes and options you want, we'll confirm the price, then supply us with payment arrangements and shipping address information, and we'll get them going! For custom non-standard table runners (i.e. other than the standard design styles, fonts, or colours shown on the web site), there's the extra step of you either supplying us with proper artwork, or we have to design it and proof it back to you before production begins.

However, standard format table runners like those we offer for weddings and celebrations are offered in a limited range of colours in order to simplify the ordering and production process. Other colours and mixed colours are possible, but you either need to supply us with a professionally-designed computer design to get the standard price, or we would have to design it and proof it to you, in which case additional design time would apply.

What area can be imprinted?
A. With our digital dyeing process, the area of a table runner that can be custom dyed is the entire visible area of the runner. We start off with white fabric and dye everything into the entire runner (foreground and background), so you're not limited to a small block in the middle of the runner like some inferior products.
